1 - Increased Focus On Production Personalisation
Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, and high-end brands like Gucci. People just REALLY like shit with their name on it! Nail this functionality and you've just become EXTREMELY giftable for this 2024.

2 - The Brands With Flexible Return Policies Will Win
Let's be honest, consumers aren't stupid. And, a restocking fee in this economy? No thanks.

Stop being so ridiculous and get ahead for 2024 with better return policies!

3 - Subscriptions Will Become More & More Important
Hook, line and keep as a retained customer for as long as possible. For Example, your subscription X will personalise customer journeys which unlocks something fun (or of value) each month. Now we're talking!

4 - Meta As King
TikTok (not for me thanks) but will be a supporting player, however, Facebook and Instagram ads are very much alive. Plus, will be continuing to make a BIG difference in 2024.

5 - Omni-Channel As The Go-To-Market Sweet Spot
Goodbye to all the DTC darlings. Hello to the brands that can have their cake (strong DTC) and eat it too IRL X experiential footprints! A New era is upon us. Where we shop in our jammies and in-person.
